PAKO LITTO strives to respect the environment by using manufacturing processes that reduce the number of treatments, dyes and washes carried out on clothing. Our short-term production environment allows us to avoid overproduction and overstocking. In fact, we produce throughout the season and the cuts and dyes are made according to orders. In addition, the brand uses the most ecological artisanal treatment processes.
MANUFACTURING
100% of the collection is made in Italy, we favor short circuits as much as possible in all stages of our production.
This choice allows us to reduce our carbon footprint since all our collections are therefore transported by road transport; in addition, Italian production provides us with particular know-how. Indeed, we are committed to offering quality and durable products at a fair price.
Certain themes, such as “Soft Cashmere” from our winter collections, are even very short circuits since all the manufacturing players, from spinning to assembly, are located within a restricted area in Italy.
MATERIALS AND FINISHES
The materials used are mainly natural (+78%), carefully selected, preferably labeled and sometimes organic; when we use materials like polyester we preferably choose recycled and Lenzing Ecovero® has replaced our classic viscose.
We choose our raw materials as close as possible to reduce our carbon footprint and promote road transport.
We also encourage the recycling of fabrics and raw materials to create new themes or accessories, for example, we use leftover fabric to make our tote bags.
Pako Litto is a guarantee of quality, thanks to the materials chosen, our clothes are timeless designed to last and this will, we hope, encourage you to consume less and better.

LABELS AND CERTIFICATIONS
In an ecological approach for the environment, at Pako Litto, we are committed to using materials from eco-responsible production, labeled, respectful of nature and manufacturers. Our 2021 summer collection has certifications from these 6 labels:
> GOTS: Guarantees the organic nature of textiles
> GRS: Allows you to guarantee recycled textiles while respecting environmental and social criteria.
> OEKO TEX: Ensures that the fabric does not contain chemicals harmful to health.
> ECOTEC: Yarns from recycled raw materials, circular economy allowing energy and water savings and a reduction in the greenhouse effect. GRS / OEKO TEX certified…
> ECOLIFE: 100% eco-friendly yarns, which save 3485L of water per kg, GRS / OEKO TEX certified…
> LENZING ECOVERO: Ecological material produced using wood pulp. Transformation process following strict standards imposed by the EU Eco Label, to ensure that it is environmentally friendly.
RECYCLE / REUSE
In our responsible approach we strive to recycle our stocks of fabrics and raw materials as much as possible.
We reuse remaining or unused materials by creating new lines, for example, this season, the mottled fleece theme was entirely created from leftover fabrics. We also use fabric scraps to create linings or tote bags.
Archives: We give a second life to pieces from old collections, available each season in the Archives category of our site with discounts ranging from -30 to -50%.
We also offer private sales at the parent company, each season, where we sell our prototypes and old stocks at purchase price.
