How do I create my account on the PAKO LITTO e-shop?
To create your account, simply click on the man symbol at the top right then on "create your account" and enter your email address, as well as the other information requested in the fields.
How do I change my account or password?
Once connected using your identifiers, in the my account section, you can update and modify your password as well as your information and addresses.
How do I subscribe to the newsletter?
To subscribe to the newsletter, simply enter your email address in the "Newsletter" box at the bottom of the home page.
When you create your customer account, you can also choose to receive the brand's newsletters.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
To unsubscribe from the newsletter, simply click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletters you receive.
How is my personal data processed?
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, any natural person proving their identity has a “right of access” to their personal data. Concerning banking information, we do not keep any of your data.
ORDER
How to place an order on the PAKO LITTO website?
To place an order on the Pako Litto shop, you must first browse the site and the different items offered.
It is possible to search directly by category or by specific search using the search bar.
You must then add the items you want to purchase to the cart.
When you have added your different products to the basket, click on it and you will be redirected to the order summary.
All you have to do is log into your account if you haven't already done so and click on "proceed to payment".
Your order is then prepared within 24 hours in our warehouse and shipped depending on the carrier you have chosen.
Delivery times then depend on your choice of delivery.
How to track the order?
You will receive, following your order, a confirmation email where you will find the summary of your order.
By accessing your account you can then follow the status of your order. When the order is shipped, you will receive an email with delivery tracking.
How do I cancel or modify my order?
It is impossible to modify an order once it is validated.
Once the order is delivered, your right of withdrawal is 14 days.

Is it possible to order from the Pako Litto website from abroad?
It is possible to order from the Pako Litto website abroad. Transport costs will be adapted to the geographical location.

What are the payment methods ?
The payment methods accepted are credit card, paypal and alma (from 150€ of purchases).
Is the payment secured ?
Credit card payment is secure thanks to 3D secure offered by our Payplug payment module.
"3D Secure is a Visa and MasterCard system aimed at securing payments made by bank cards on the Internet.
The 3D Secure system allows, before the payment authorization request, to connect the holder and his bank so that the latter can authenticate his customer.
The authentication method is left to the free choice of the bearer's bank.

How do I recover my invoice?
To collect your invoice, please contact us at hello@pako-litto.com mentioning the order number that concerns your request.
DELIVERY
What are the delivery methods, times and prices?
The order is shipped within 24 hours (working days) , and from then on the time depends on the carrier chosen during purchase.
The different delivery methods are as follows:
- Colissimo collection points: Delivery to the post office, Pickup relay & Pickup Station lockers 48h to 72h
- Colissimo home: Home delivery with or without signature 48h to 72h
- Colissimo Overseas with signature: 5 to 10 days (this period may be extended in the event of a customs inspection)
- Colissimo Home-Europe: 3 to 10 days
- DPD Predict home delivery by appointment: 24-48 hour delivery to your home in the time slot that suits you best (among the choices offered by DPD).
Regarding delivery rates, they vary depending on the destination and choice of delivery method:
Metropolitan France :
- Colissimo Collection points: €4.90
- Colissimo Home without signature: €5.90
- Colissimo Home with signature: €6.90
- Predict home delivery by appointment: €8.90
Europe:
- Colissimo Home - Europe: €12.10
DOM TOM :
- Colissimo Overseas with signature: €25.20
How do I track the delivery of my package?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number allowing you to follow the package now given to the carrier.
What should I do if I don't receive my package?
If after 6 days, no delivery notice has been left, remember to track your package on the carrier's website. Otherwise, please contact us at 04.86.36.18.04 or by email at hello@pako-litto.com.
What should I do if I do not receive the correct product or if it is damaged?
If you do not receive the correct product or if it is damaged, please contact us at 04.86.36.18.04 or hello@pako-litto.com , we will send you a return label to exchange the product.
RETURN & REFUND
How to return a package?
If you don't want to keep a product, simply follow a few steps to return it:
- Go to the returns portal and enter your order number.
- Choose the item(s) to return, the reason and the refund method.
- Download the Colissimo return label provided to you. Pack your return in its original packaging, stick the label and drop off the package at a post office or Colissimo relay point.
Items returned stained, damaged or without the original labels without prior notification to our customer service will be subject to a fixed penalty.
What is the deadline for returns?
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the product to us if it does not conform or if you do not wish to keep it.
What is the return cost?
Returns are free for orders placed in Metropolitan France.
For returns of orders made in another country, they are your responsibility. Please return your package by tracked colissimo to the following address:

How am I reimbursed and how long does it take?
Upon receipt at our premises, the return is processed within 7 days.
The refund is made to the same payment method used during your initial order or by a credit note for the amount of the returned item.
For refunds by credit card, allow approximately 5 additional calendar days for the refund to be visible in your account.
The credit is issued in the form of a gift card valid for 6 months on our website.
Is it possible to exchange a product?
Exchanges are only possible for a different size.
To make your exchange request, please follow the same procedure as for a traditional return. When choosing refund select exchange.
We do not reserve sizes. Therefore, if there is no stock, the item will be refunded to you.
TECHNICAL ISSUES
I have not received the confirmation email, what should I do?
The emails can be found in your “junk mail” or “spam” in your email. Otherwise contact us at hello@pako-litto.com .
DATA PROTECTION
What about my personal data, how is it processed and what is GDPR?
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of April 27, 2016, you have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it and object to it. As well as a right to limit the portability of your data.
