How do I create my PAKOLITTO eshop account ?

To create your account, please click on "Login" . Input your email address then click on "Create your account". You will be prompted to fill more information on the next page.

How do I change my account or my password?

Once you have logged in with your login details, you can update and change your password as well as your information and addresses in the "my account" section.

How do I subscribe to the newsletter?

To subscribe to the newsletter, simply enter your e-mail address in the "Newsletter" box at the bottom of the home page.

When you create your customer account, you can also choose to receive the brand's newsletter.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

To unsubscribe from the newsletter, simply click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletters you receive.

How do I place an order on the PAKOLITTO shop?

To place an order on the Pako Litto shop, you must first browse the site and the various items on offer.

You can search directly by item, by category or by specific search using the search bar.

Then you have to add the items you want to buy to the basket.

When you have added your products to the basket, click on it and you will be redirected to the order summary.

All you have to do is log in to your account if you haven't already done so and click on order.

Your order is then prepared within 24 hours in our warehouse and shipped according to the carrier you have chosen.

Delivery times then depend on your choice of carrier.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email after your order, where you will find the summary of your order.

By accessing your account you can then follow the status of your order. When the order is shipped you will receive an email with the delivery status.

How do I cancel or change my order?

It is impossible to modify an order once it has been validated.

Once the order has been delivered, you have 14 days to cancel your order.

It is possible to order from the Pako Litto e-shop abroad. Transport costs will be adapted to the geographical location.

The payment by credit card is secured thanks to the 3D secure proposed by our payment module Sherlock's.

3D Secure is a Visa and MasterCard system designed to secure payments made by bank cards on the Internet.

How do I retrieve my invoice?

To retrieve your invoice, simply go to your account in "Order history and details", and click on the small PDF icon in the invoice column, it will automatically open in pdf.

What are the delivery methods, times and prices?



The order is shipped within 24 hours (working days), and from that moment on the delivery time depends on the carrier chosen at the time of purchase.

The different delivery methods are as follows:

- Colissimo collection points: Delivery time: Delivery at the post office, Pickup relays & Pickup Station lockers 48h

- Colissimo domicile:Delivery at home against signature 48h

- DPD Home delivery predict by appointment: 24-48h home delivery in the time slot that suits you best (among choices proposed by DPD).

- Chronopost Express delivery in a relay point: Parcel delivered the next day before 1pm in the Pickup relay of your choice. You will be notified by e-mail and SMS. (For all orders placed before 2.30pm).

- Chronopost Express home delivery before 1pm: Parcel delivered the next morning before 1pm to your home. The day before the delivery, you will be notified by email and sms (for all orders placed before 2.30 pm).

Delivery rates vary according to the weight of the parcel and the carrier chosen.

How can I track the delivery of my package?

You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number when your order is shipped, allowing you to follow the parcel as it is delivered to the carrier.

What do I do if I don't receive my package?

How do I return a package?

If you don't want to keep a product, you just need to follow a few steps to return it:

- Log in to your customer account using your login details. If you have chosen the colissimo delivery method you can directly print your return label by clicking on "Colissimo returns". Otherwise, please send us a request to and we will send you a return label.

- Prepare your item in its original packaging, as only items returned in their original condition and complete will be accepted and refunded.

What is the deadline for returns?
